Large Knife

Our large hand-crafted knives have utilitarian blades that are perfect for serving cakes, pies and cheeses. These decorative knives are made form either kiln dried birch, maple or oak. Due to the distinctive qualities of the wood and the inspired creativity of our students, each item produced is a unique artistic creation. Every knife is finished with a food-safe butcher block oil to provide protection and bring out the distinctive quality of the wood.
