Every tasty bag of our gourmet popcorn and artisanal granola is made with pride by our neurodiverse students. The Summit Bistro is a key part of our school’s Culinary Arts Program which teaches practical transferable skills in our industry standard kitchen under the guidance of our experienced chef instructor. At the Bistro we create high quality food made with the same passion and creativity we find in our students.
